On January 12, 2013, Dong A University held a workshop titled Quality Culture for the audience of Dong A leaders, lecturers and staff. The interesting topic is presented by Dr. Le Van Hao, Head of Quality Assurance, Nha Trang University.
According to Dr. Le Van Hao, great attention is currently paid to matters related to quality, education accreditation and implementation of quality culture at higher education institutions. Therefore, establishing and developing quality culture is taken into consideration in higher education system in Vietnam and plays a crucial role in sustainable development of each university in particular and the educational system in whole.
Dr. Le Van Hao is impressed by 12 statements of Dong A student culture. This reflects that Dong A has well realized student quality and organizational culture.
The one-day workshop focuses on such issues as training and quality assurance, student management, the model of “Developing quality culture at universities”, the current practice of quality culture and suggestions and solutions to develop quality culture at Dong A University.

The interesting and dynamic discussions helped to provide the audience, especially the key positions of UDA IMS Board with an updated insight of quality culture so that they can make contribution to quality assurance for the purpose of the university’s development.
