This is a difficult question for the society. However, it still can be solved if universities actively find the answer for their graduated students.
According to the UDA leaders, the jobs for graduated students is their vital mission. Currently, UDA has linked to many coporations in Da Nang to offer jobs for students, especially in tourism. In addition, UDA has affiliated with 68 internal corporations to train students followed the demand. Every year UDA recieves up to 3000 labor requests, trained followed their partner requirements. Therefore, they could not able to supply enough labor resources as the order.
For Japanese market only, UDA has received labor orders from both private and public sectors. Recently, Department of Health of Yokohama city has just received 20 UDA nursing students to work in Japan.
From UDA story, if the universities actively find the job opportunities for their graduated students then the question will be answered.
