On the afternoon of 29th November, the delegation of businesses and career associations of Shizuoka Prefecture (Japan) visited Dong A University to select students for nursing internship in Japan. Chairman of Board of Directors, President of Dong A University, Dr. Nguyen Thi Anh Dao hosted the meeting.
At the meeting, Dr. Nguyen Thi Anh Dao warmly welcomed the representatives of Shizuoka’s businesses and professional associations to the Dong A University. She expressed that it was the honor of the University to receive the trust of Japanese partners.
Dr. Nguyen Thi Anh Dao said that Dong A University’s students were highly evaluated by Japanese enterprises.
The Dong A University’s President affirmed that the University has been implementing programs to prepare students for their integration and working in Japan. So far, businesses and associations in Yokohama Prefecture – the neighboring province of Shizuoka – always repond very positively to the Dong A University students’ results of internship.
Dr. Nguyen Thi Anh Dao expressed her desire that Shizuoka Prefecture’s businesses could create favorable conditions to help Dong A University’s students during their internship in the “Country of Rising Sun”.
At the meeting, Dong A University and Shizuoka’s businesses and associations had signed 3 contracts and 1 MOU on cooperation of sending students to practice in 2020.
After that, Japanese businesses conducted interview to select 8 students to intern in nursing in Japan.
