In the first activities day, warm atmosphere, friendly attitude of the staffs and lecturers did help the freshmen pull closer together. Only after the first few minutes of strangers, crestfallen over the new environment, students were hand in hand participated in the common activities.

Information about training methods, student culture, the goal after graduated was disseminated in details. There are few freshmen eager to be forwarded to the training methods of the credit system, students on their own, critical, practical experience in business and participate in extracurricular activities during the time at school.

The talent programs are most welcome. Although only met for the first time, the new students get acquainted quickly and boldly express their talents. Over the cheers of new friends, the "potential talent" was focusing on performances. This is an opportunity for art club of the Dong A University recruiting the new talents, support them to develop their full potential.

The new students also participate in the survey on Computing and English capability at school. Proficiency in computer and good communication skills language is 2 of the 8 important goals in graduated, and therefore, since enrollment, the school has focused on student capacity surveys to oriented training, improve them. To ensure that after graduated from UDA, student may meet the conditions of professional technical and computer skills, communication, soft skills to the next step in the work environment in the enterprise.

Right after the first day of admission, new students have become familiar with the academic environment and training methods that are completely different from high school. The beginning course’s activities week is like the open door that bring new students to get familiar with the learning initiative, confidence showing talent and "master lecture"
