This free class, organized by the Korean Cultural Center in Vietnam, has attracted many students of the Korean language who are passionate about the arts and dancing.
To help students gain a deeper understanding of the artistic culture of the Land of the Morning Calm, especially those pursuing Korean language studies, Dong A University and the Korean Cultural Center in Vietnam have organized the K-POP Academy 2024 at no cost.
The dance class officially commenced on the evening of October 1, with many students eager to learn and engage in the art form.
The opening ceremony was attended by Dr. Phan Hoang My Thuong, Head of the Korean Language and Culture Department at Dong A University, and Ms. Truong Phan Minh Trang, the instructor responsible for the dance class.
The K-POP Academy 2024 is part of the annual program organized by the Korean Cultural Center in Vietnam. Over the course of 10 classes scheduled to last for 5 weeks, starting from October 1, students will learn the basic movements of K-POP and gain a deeper understanding of the modern artistic beauty of Korea.
The first class took place in a serious yet lively atmosphere. With the dedicated guidance of the instructor and the enthusiasm of the students, the K-POP dance exercises became much easier to master.
Not only does the K-POP Academy provide students with the opportunity to explore Korean artistic culture through dance, but students who complete the course will also have the chance to shine on stage at cultural events organized by the Korean Cultural Center.
