8 learning outcomes for graduates: right orientation leading to learners’ success
On 15th October 2012, nearly 300 new students from Department of Business and Economics participated the first orientation meeting of the school year at the hall of Dong A University. The meeting had an exciting start with the featured music performance of Business Administration students to welcome the new friends to Dong A family.
At the meeting, Dr. Tran Ngoc Son, the Head of Department of Business and Economics, provided students with the useful information relating to the Department’s disciplines and lecturers. He also emphasized studying at Dong A University is the right decision for students’ future.

With the aim at helping students get the 8 learning outcomes for graduates set up by the School, Miss Nguyen Thi Huynh Linh, a former student of 2008-2011 Business Administration course, an employee of the Danacen International Company, shared the experiences in applying the learning outcomes to successful studying process. Miss Doan Thi Tu Anh, a 3rd year student of the Tourism industry, also pointed out some effective learning methods in order to help the newcomers easily integrate into the new environment and to be more mature.
