During the ceremony, Aijinkai Medical Group presented long-term employment decisions for 15 nursing graduates from Dong A University - who were second-course students to recently complete their one-year internship process in Japan as a second course. "These 15 students passed the exam and will return to Japan on a Special Skilled Visa. The students' smiles and energy motivated not only the patients but also the medical staff working with them and encouraged us to do our best,'' Ms. Miyamoto Noriko - Head of the Nursing Department, training Japanese-standard nursing personnel, Aijinkai Medical Group, emotionally shared at the Aijinkai program's second course's graduation ceremony. It is known that there have been 13 Nursing students from the first course working at Aijinkai Hospital in Japan since June 2023.

In this spectacular graduation ceremony, many parents were unable to conceal their emotions and happiness while witnessing their children's journey of development at Dong A University and one year in Japan, especially when these students have just completed their internship program and have been offered long-term employment in Aijinkai Group before getting their bachelor's degree in nursing from Dong A University. Following graduation, they will begin working as formal nurses in the Aijinkai Group's system of 70 hospitals and nursing facilities in December, the third largest medical organization in Japan, with a total capacity of 2,600 beds.n.

On this occasion, Aijinkai Medical Group also set aside a scholarship fund of approximately 300 million VND to provide 31 scholarships to Dong A University Nursing students who will participate in internships and study at the group in Japan in 2024. The scholarship is the Aijinkai’s annual support for Dong A University Nursing students.

Dong A University and the Aijinkai Group collaborated to develop a roadmap for training Vietnamese students in Japanese nursing skills in Vietnam, as well as a detailed recruitment process. Aijinkai frequently assigns their Japanese experts to Vietnam to work as direct instructors on nursing, welfare care and rehabilitation, the latest medical safety and infection control techniques, and so on, at Dong A University's Japanese standard nursing practice room (skills lab).

Following the sacred Hippocratic Oath ceremony performed by the "white blouses" of the UDA's College of Health Sciences, 26 Nursing students of Course #2 who recently returned from a 1-year internship at Aijinkai Medical Group in Japan, and 53 Pharmacy students were honored and awarded diplomas, becoming new pharmacists and nursing graduates in 2023, ready to immediately enter the job market in both Vietnam and Japan.

There are up to now more than 500 Dong A University students and graduates studying, interning, or proceeding to long-term employment in foreign countries, the majority of which are in Japan. Dong A University engages a strong partner network of 8 provinces and more than 130 business partners in Japan through in-depth quality cooperation strategies with specific & long-term career development roadmaps for students, laying the groundwork for the objective of transferring 1,000 students in various majors to Japan for practice and employment every year by 2025.

Previously in July, the second Graduation & Award Ceremony for Kameda Nursing Bachelors and students who passed the 35th Japanese national nursing exam in health care and rehabilitation majors was conducted in Japan.
