On the afternoon of November 24, the Da Nang Federation of Labor hosted a conference at Trung Vuong Theater to honor enterprises that take good care of their employees' living conditions in 2023. The program had the presence of Mr. Luong Nguyen Minh Triet, Alternate Member of the Central Executive Committee of the Communist Party, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the City Committee, Chairman of the Da Nang City People's Council, Vice Chairman of the Da Nang People's Committee, Mr. Tran Chi Cuong; leaders of the Da Nang city’s Departments, Boards, and Sectors; and leaders of enterprises in Da Nang.

In 2023, 46 enterprises were recognized by the Da Nang Labor Federation for conducting practical and consistent policies and activities to care for their employees. Dong A University is the only university among these top 46 enterprises honored by the Da Nang Labor Federation. 

At the conference, Dr. Do Trong Tuan, Permanent Vice Rector of Dong A University, represented the board of directors receiving the prize of Da Nang Labor Federation. 

In the middle of economic hardship, taking care of employees' material and mental concerns is a significant challenge for enterprises. Many firms, however, continue to employ people while simultaneously carrying out a variety of activities to care for and improve people's lives. These 46 enterprises honored this year are highly appreciated for their efforts in human resource management throughout the economic recovery period and development following the COVID-19  pandemic.

This accomplishment of Dong A University in recent years has proved the attention and good execution of policies to care for life and enhance employee competency in addition to its educational purpose. Thereby, Dong A University was encouraged to continue striving towards contributing to the successful implementation of Da Nang City's socio-economic objectives in 2023 and subsequent years.
