As part of an official trip to Japan, on April 10, the administration of Dong A University visited and worked with the Vietnamese Consulate General in Osaka.
The delegation was received by Mr. Ngo Trinh Ha, the Consul General of Vietnam in Osaka, Japan.
During the meeting, Consul General Ngo Trinh Ha welcomed the delegation's visit and praised Dong A University's contributions to cultural exchange, Japanese language teaching, and its role in strengthening Vietnam-Japan relations over the years.
On this occasion, Mr. Luong Minh Sam, Chairman of the Board of Dong A University, expressed deep gratitude to the Consul General. He also shared that the purpose of this trip to Japan was to continue building connections and seeking cooperation opportunities for Dong A University students to study and work, as well as to promote the relationship between Vietnam and Japan.
Among the 806 students participating in international internship programs in Japan, over 30% are currently working in Osaka Prefecture. It is reported that nearly 100 more students from various fields have gone to Japan for internships and jobs in the first quarter of 2024.
During this trip, Dong A University also visited and worked with entities within a cooperation network comprising over 130 universities, research institutes, businesses, corporations, associations, and local governments in Japan. The delegation also visited students interning and working at hospitals within the Aijinkai social healthcare group.
