Deo Ca Group is the next strategic partner of Dong A University in the network of more than 500 domestic and international enterprises cooperating in training and employing students in various majors.
According to the agreement, the cooperation between the two parties will open up more opportunities in terms of pre-internship observation, internship, and employment for students majoring in Construction, Electronics - Automation, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, etc of the Engineering and Economic sectors from 2024. Thereby, training and supplying high-quality human resources working in the Transportation Sector in general and Deo Ca Group in particular based on promoting the strengths of the parties in knowledge, hands-on skills, application of scientific and technological techniques, capabilities, resources, teams, and technical facilities.
Deo Ca Group will also participate in coordination such as deploying staff in teaching and building and developing training programs in fields related to the group's operations as well as prioritizing the recruitment of outstanding students from relevant majors at Dong A University to work for the company upon graduation.
In addition, the two parties also established a specialized committee to expedite coordination in building training programs and learning materials... for the training of practical engineers (road engineers, railway engineers, etc.) to postgraduate levels.
At the same time, both parties are also aiming to collaborate on implementing international projects in Vietnam as well as overseas projects related to advanced technology training, technology transfer, and developing overseas projects according to the strengths and development strategies of both parties.
Mr. Ho Minh Hoang - Chairman of the Board of Directors of Deo Ca Group expected that the cooperation with Dong A University will bring realistic results in intensive practical training based on hands-on experience at the business, thereby providing a sufficient number of necessary human resources.  More specifically,  they are a more skillful workforce, engineers with hands-on experience, and more professional managers, minimizing the risks associated with "borrowing" labor
Upon signing the contract, experts from both parties also had in-depth discussions to initiate cooperation.
