Dong A University and Vietnam Export-Import Commercial Joint Stock Bank (Eximbank) have just signed a cooperation agreement to promote training, development, and supply of competent human resources on November 3.
The signing of this cooperation agreement establishes the foundation of a solid relationship between Dong A University and Eximbank. This is an excellent chance for students to find job opportunities in a professional working environment.
Ms. Le Thi Bich Thao, Director of the Central & Highlands Region of Eximbank, expressed her excitement at the opportunity to exchange and collaborate with Dong A University, highlighting the company's priority of accompanying and supporting educational institutions. She also expects the cooperation with Dong A University to generate multiple benefits in terms of recruiting and developing talent.
Dr. Do Trong Tuan, Vice Rector of Dong A University, stated during the ceremony that signing with a reputed bank like Eximbank will be an important step in guaranteeing the development of competent human resources. In addition, he also affirmed: "This cooperation will provide a good environment for students to access career opportunities while also creating feasible conditions for partner enterprises to find and recruit the most suitable candidates."
As a result of this, Eximbank will recruit 15 to 30 students for internships each year and will prioritize employing students who have completed the Eximbank internship procedure. The enterprise will also collaborate with the university to organize a variety of activities for students, such as assigning the personnel and experts for instruction, career orientation, and conferences for students to discuss their experience. Furthermore, Maximbank will provide feedback in order to modify training programs to satisfy their demands.
Furthermore, according to the terms of the partnership agreement, Eximbank will prioritize the scholarship fund each year in order to provide scholarships to students with good academic achievements.
Eximbank also awarded ten scholarships, each worth one million VND, as part of this program to students who have excelled in their studies and training.
Immediately following the introduction of intern program, Eximbank directly interviewed and recruited Finance, Accounting, and Business Administration students for graduate internship opportunities at Eximbank.
