On the morning of January 10th, Dong A University signed a cooperation agreement with the University of Malaysia Sarawak (UNIMAS) to implement an MBA program and promote opportunities for exchanging lecturers and students between the two universities.
The joint MBA program between Dong A University and UNIMAS offers students the opportunity to study and get an international degree in Vietnam. Additionally, an intensive English exchange program at UNIMAS will help Dong A University students improve their language skills and expand their future career prospects.
On January 20th, the signing ceremony took place with the participation of representatives from both universities.
On behalf of Dong A University, Mr. Luong Minh Sam, Chairman of the University Council, warmly welcomed the UNIMAS delegation, introduced the university's international training programs, and affirmed Dong A University's commitment to fostering international educational cooperation.
During the ceremony, Prof. Dr. Fitri Suraya Mohamad Hapnie Joblie, Vice Rector of UNIMAS, provided further insights into the university's scale and academic programs. UNIMAS is a public university ranked among the top 200 universities in Asia, renowned for its business programs and attracting international students from 50 countries.
The cooperation between Dong A University and UNIMAS is implemented in exchange programs for students & lecturers, including: intensive English training, and cultural exchange activities.
A key highlight of this cooperation is the implementation of the international MBA program at Dong A University. Accordingly, the master's program completely in English will be taught 30% online and 70% directly on weekends. With an affordable tuition fee, students will receive an international master's degree from UNIMAS after two years.
The MOU signing ceremony between Dong A University and University of Malaysia Sarawak has opened new opportunities for cooperation, research, and learning for students from both universities. It also affirms Dong A University's commitment to developing high-quality international training programs.
