Under this agreement, Luxshare ICT will sponsor equipment, machinery for practice and experiments, state-of-the-art production machine models along with multiple modules, and more, for Dong A University. These resources will support the training of a highly skilled talent pool who could further their expertise at Luxshare ICT.
Additionally, the partnership will enhance cooperation in faculty training, professional development, and student education at Dong A University. Both parties will collaborate on short-term student exchange programs and regularly organize faculty exchanges to improve specialized knowledge. They will also closely coordinate in developing training programs to meet industry standards. 
The collaboration will follow flexible models such as 3+1, 2+2, and 2+1+1 to ensure that Dong A University students receive comprehensive theoretical training at the university before undergoing practical training at Luxshare ICT.
Both sides have also agreed to continue working together on recruitment programs and internship placements to fulfill Luxshare ICT’s hiring needs. Luxshare ICT will also prioritize offering scholarships to outstanding students of the university.
Since the signing of the cooperation agreement in December 2023, Luxshare ICT has recruited 64 students and organized leadership training classes for students before officially integrating them into its workforce.
