On December 17, the Board of Directors of Dong A University held a working session with the leadership of Luxshare ICT Group to effectively implement the cooperation agreements signed in China in November 2024.
This was the second meeting after the official partnership between Dong A University and the Luxshare ICT Academy Of Intelligent Manufacturing Technology officially reached a cooperation agreement on workforce development and upgrading high-standard practical equipment.
This agreement aims to promote high-quality workforce training activities in fields such as Electrical - Electronics, Automation, Information Technology, and other technology-related industries, directly meeting the development needs of the corporation.
During the meeting, both parties agreed to effectively implement the 2+1+1 training program. Specifically, the training roadmap includes two years of study at Dong A University, one year at a university in China and the Luxshare ICT Intelligent Manufacturing Industry Academy, and one year of practice at Luxshare ICT. This program will involve experts and lecturers from both sides, along with the development of common teaching materials.
Luxshare ICT representatives also announced scholarship policies, accommodation support, and many other supports for students, not only ensuring job opportunities but also fostering student’s long-term career development.

Dong A University and Luxshare ICT have maintained a strong partnership in the field of training and recruiting students since December 2023. Currently, 64 students are working and participating in the "source cadre" class before joining Luxshare ICT's workforce.
