Route Inn Japan Group – with more than 350 high-end hotels and resorts across Japan, along with overseas establishments in Central Vietnam – is one of the leading brands in the hospitality and tourism industry. Partnering with Dong A University in this collaboration is Aidem Corporation, a company specializing in human resource connection services, which also plays a crucial role in organizing international internship programs for students seeking employment in Japan. 
The Japan Internship Program, established through this collaboration between the three entities, will provide Dong A University students with the opportunity to gain work experience at five-star hotels, improve their Japanese communication skills, and develop professional expertise in an international environment.
The internship duration is flexible, ranging from 6 to 12 months, aligning with students' preferences and allowing them to balance their studies with hands-on career training.
On December 11, Dong A University, in collaboration with Route Inn Japan Group and Aidem Corporation, organized the first selection round for the Internship Program. After the interview process, five students from the Faculty of Japanese Language and Culture successfully passed and became the first candidates to participate in this internship program. This marks an important milestone, offering Dong A University students the opportunity to experience an international working environment.
