In 2007: Every employee working at UDA maintain impassioned studying spirit, qualified, well-practical skills and management.
In 2008: Establish culture and responsibility at UDA.
In 2009: Students and client are first.
In 2010: Each member of UDA always to find out the best way for daily task completion, goal achievement for good and measurable results. Organization and colleagues are highly appreciating them as heroes and they have the right to discuss with manager for good and valuable requirements. If no, managers indirectly reduce their income as well as their prestige of the great colleagues.
Individual achievements help to bring better life and it should be recognized by everyone. Organization accomplishments help to bring more values for us should be rewarded as it contributes to the higher power of the whole system.
