UDA has cooperated with many strategic partners in different fields to bring 3,038 job opportunities in both domestic and international enterprises.
UDA students in Nursing, Automobile Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Food Technology, Hospitality Management, and Business administration have many opportunities for leaning, paid internship and work in Japan due to the cooperation agreements between UDA and strategic partners.
Mr. Luong Minh Sam, vice vector of UDA, who worked as Representative Office of Da Nang City in Tokyo many years, said that Japan is still a promising market for Vietnamese labor. The labor demanding in Japanese enterprises, especially in the service sector, nursing, food processing, automotive engineering, and electrical engineering increases every year.
LEOC (Japan) has recruited 1,000 students in Nursing, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, and Business Administration to work at 2,058 establishments in Japan
During a visit to UDA in February, Mr. Shinichi Asazuma from the Embassy of Japan in Vietnam pledged to support the marketing policies to provide the best conditions for UDA students to work in Japan. This is considered as a bridge to strengthen friendship relations and promote the exchange of human resources for the economic development between two countries.
UDA and 7 - Eleven Japan Group, which owns the largest convenience stores in the world, also signed a comprehensive cooperation agreement on high qualified human resource training. This agreement is expected to bring more job positions to the Convenience Store, the preeminent business model in Japan with promising startups.
Earlier, in late December 2017, the first batch of UDA students in Hospitality started to work at the Grandvrio Resort which is one of 274 hotels from the Route-Inn Group, Ishigaki, Okinawa, Japan. This is the result of cooperation between UDA and Route-Inn Group (Japan) signed in August 2015 and deployed since 2016. This year, Zensho Group has recruited 200 UDA students in Hospitality Management, who get N4 Japanese level to participate into paid internship at the Sukiya restaurants in Japan.
The Route-Inn Group (Japan) has recruited 2,000 graduates in Hospitality Management, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, and Business Administration to work at 274 hotels and resorts in Japan and Vietnam
The cooperation agreement with LEOC (Japan), which runs until 2022, will bring at least 200 job positions per year in Japan to UDA graduates.
UDA and Hai Phong Electronic Commerce and Construction Joint Stock Company also signed a strategic cooperation agreement to supply human resources to Japan corporates to offer opportunities for graduates in Automobile Engineering, Electrical Engineering, and Food Technology each year to work at enterprises including Toshiba, Honda, 7-Eleven , Tousaiapo, Prime Delica, etc. in Japan.
In the fields of Electrical Engineering and Automobile Engineering, the demand for recruitment from other enterprises such as JM Mayerial, Auto Avenue, and Sakura service is increased up to 300-400 students per year.
