The two sides agreed to further expand training opportunities for collaboration in the future. Initially, both sides seek information exchange faculty at master's level (02 years) and PhD (04 years); Organizing an annual rotating conferences scientific exchanges between the two schools combined; To promote longtime friendly relations between Dong A University and Khon Kaen University.

During the meeting, the delegation of Khon Kaen University met their students who are training at Dong A university. According to the initial assessment, the students had a very good internship. Prof Kanittha Volrathongchai (Assistant Director, Department of International Relations and Cooperation Strategy of Khon Kaen University) expressed the impression of the confidence and maturity from their students: They have created the best conditions while practicing at the Dong A University, I am glad to know that my student have learned more knowledge and skills, this internship period brought very worthwhile experience for the students​.

Student exchange activity for intern and research  will be promoting stronger, increasing the number of students in the practice session. On this occasion, the Khon Kaen University also introduced 40 Asean cholarship is granted annually to students in order to support more student to participate in foreign study.
