Dong A University: Expanding Job Opportunities in Japan for Students through Collaboration with Kanazawa Trade Union

On February 28, Dong A University signed cooperation agreements with Kanazawa Trade Union (Japan) under the witness of partners: Nippon Express Company, Hokuriku Branch, and ITM Da Nang Human Resources Development Joint Stock Company.

The cooperation between Dong A University and Kanazawa Trade Union (Japan) provides internship and employment opportunities for students majoring in economics, enabling them to enhance their expertise in a professional environment.

At the program, Mr. Luong Minh Sam – Chairman of the Dong A University Council, and Mr. Otomo Jun, Executive Director of Kanazawa Trade Union - KMAC, signed the cooperation agreement under the witness of representatives from ITM Da Nang Human Resources Development Joint Stock Company - Mr. Luu Danh Tuyen, CEO.

According to the agreement, the Kanazawa Trade Union will directly receive and guide students during their time working in Japan. Meanwhile, Dong A University will coordinate 
with relevant organizations to provide training in specialized knowledge, the Japanese language, and Japanese work culture for students before leaving the country.

                                
During the meeting, both parties further discussed additional support programs for students when working in Japan. At the same time, they also expressed their desire to expand the program to various fields to provide internship and employment opportunities for students, thereby enhancing the quality of human resources, and promoting cultural exchange between Vietnam and Japan.

Attending the signing ceremony, there were also representatives from Nippon Express Company and the first 3 students participating in the one-year work program at this enterprise. It is known that they will depart for Japan on March 4th. The company also conducted preliminary interviews for the next course on the morning of February 28. 

During the signing ceremony, Dong A University, in collaboration with Kanazawa Trade Union, Nippon Express Company, and ITM Joint Stock Company, held a meeting to introduce a one-year work program in Japan to students majoring in Management Business, Office Administration, Human Resource Management, Logistics, Marketing, and other related fields.
