In the first stage of cooperation, the career value chain is designed for students majoring in Japanese Language, Hotel, Travel, Electrical - Electronics, and Construction at Dong A University. Accordingly, right from the stage of training knowledge, skills, attitudes, and working culture for students of various majors, Japanese language, working rules in receiving units in Japan, knowledge related to Specified skills exams, internship programs for 3rd year students and long-term work at companies in Japan after graduation are all implemented according to Japanese standards.

This cooperation agreement also contributes to diversifying the fields of cooperation and employment for students in the network of more than 100 cooperative partners with Dong A University in Japan, in addition to academic cooperation and exchange programs. exchange lecturers and students, expand learning opportunities for students, and promote academic research for lecturers developed with universities and research institutes in Japan. With an expected roadmap of 10-20 students being accepted to work at Sun Frontier every year, the cooperation will also contribute to ensuring the quality of human resources for the goal of having 500 students from East Asia University majors come to Sun Frontier. Professional internship and work in Japan from 2025.
