After the discussion on the facilities, objectives and curriculum of Dong A University and Chi Nan University and based on the similarities, the two universities have agreed on opening Taiwan Education Center at Dong A University (campus: Xo Viet Nghe Tinh street). Accordingly, there will be one officer, who has a good command of Mandarin to work at the center permanently. Chi Nan University will also send staff to the center to help manage and build training programs on Mandarin of the center.

Chi Nan University and Dong A University will exchange curriculum and together organize academic and scientific seminars. Experts from Taiwan will come to Vietnam to directly support effective teaching methods for Dong A University. Thereafter, Chi Nan University will expand joint programs including 3+2 (priority), 2+2, 3+1 with Faculty of Information Technology of Dong A University. Students participating in these programs will be supported the best conditions for studying and living in Taiwan.
