The partnership between Dong A University and TOA Group continues to create more internship opportunities in Japan for students in Automotive Engineering. The program not only focuses on in-depth training in automotive technology but also opens the door for long-term employment in Japan for students after completing their internships.
On December 18, Dong A University signed a cooperation agreement with TOA Group of Japan, marking a new development in creating career opportunities for students in Automotive Engineering.
The collaboration provides an opportunity for Dong A University students to kick-start their 'Japan journey' by participating in a 12-month internship program in Japan. The program not only offers the chance to work in a modern and professional environment but also helps students enhance their knowledge and practical skills, preparing them to become high-standard automotive engineers. Additionally, participating students will receive support from the company in handling procedures related to engineer visas, specified skills visas, and more, enabling them to continue working long-term in Japan.
The program also places special emphasis on training work skills, culture, and professional attitudes according to Japanese standards, helping students to integrate into the international work environment. Furthermore, students will receive Japanese language training, aiming for a proficiency level of N4 or equivalent, along with additional training in work skills and life experiences before departure. This ensures that students are well-prepared for life and work in Japan.
