  • Master the culinary arts: Learn to cook more than 200 appetizing dishes and beverages from Asian, European, Vietnamese and Japanese cuisine. By the end of the course, students will be able to create their own recipes and menus for any occasion or event.
  • Open your own restaurant: Students will be equipped with the necessary management skills in order to run a restaurant business that meets the standards of 4 star hotels including sales and marketing, human resource, finances, facilities and quality management.
  • Gain work experience while you study: From their second year onwards, many paths of gaining work experience are open to our students. Students will be able to work at up to 10 restaurants and hotels in Da Nang, Hue, Hoi An and more for 2 months each year. Alternatively, students also have the option of taking a 1 year internship in Japan.
