Trước ngày lên đường sang Nhật Bản thực tập, 35 sinh viên các ngành của Đại học Đông Á đã có buổi gặp gỡ cùng thầy cô nhà trường để được chia sẻ, dặn dò và chuẩn bị thêm hành trang cho chặng đường học tập, trải nghiệm trong môi trường quốc tế.
Chiều 18/8, trường Đại học Đông Á vừa tổ chức buổi gặp mặt, động viên và dặn dò các sinh viên trước khi xuất cảnh sang Nhật Bản thực tập internship.
Tham dự chương trình có lãnh đạo các khoa có sinh viên tham gia chương trình, đại diện các phòng, ban chức năng cùng 35 sinh viên chuẩn bị lên đường.
Đợt xuất cảnh lần này có 35 sinh viên năm 3 và năm 4 đến từ các ngành Du lịch, Công nghệ Thực phẩm, Công nghệ Kỹ thuật Ô tô, Ngôn ngữ Nhật và Điều dưỡng. Các bạn đều đã có sự chuẩn bị kỹ lưỡng để sẵn sàng bước vào môi trường làm việc thực tế, tiếp cận văn hóa và tác phong làm việc tại Nhật Bản.
Tại buổi gặp mặt, TS. Võ Hữu Hòa - Trưởng khoa Du lịch gửi lời chúc mừng và dặn dò đến 35 sinh viên trước hành trình mới. Thầy nhấn mạnh, chuyến đi không chỉ là một kỳ thực tập chuyên môn, mà còn là cơ hội để sinh viên trưởng thành qua trải nghiệm thực tế, học hỏi tác phong làm việc chuyên nghiệp và từng bước xây dựng nền tảng cho hành trình nghề nghiệp sau này.
Cùng với đó, các thầy cô từ các khoa cũng dành những lời động viên, lưu ý sinh viên về chuyên môn, tác phong, kỷ luật, văn hóa ứng xử và tinh thần chủ động trong suốt thời gian thực tập tại Nhật Bản.
Theo kế hoạch, 35 sinh viên sẽ xuất cảnh sang Nhật Bản vào tháng 9/2026 để bắt đầu kỳ thực tập tại các doanh nghiệp, đơn vị phù hợp với chuyên ngành đào tạo. Đây là cơ hội để sinh viên trực tiếp vận dụng kiến thức vào thực tiễn, trải nghiệm môi trường làm việc quốc tế, đồng thời rèn luyện khả năng thích nghi, giao tiếp và làm việc trong môi trường đa văn hóa.
Chia sẻ trước ngày xuất cảnh, Phạm Kiều Ny - sinh viên năm 3, Khoa Du lịch cho biết: “Trong thời gian qua, em đã chủ động trang bị cho mình những kỹ năng nghiệp vụ liên quan đến ngành học, đặc biệt là khả năng ngoại ngữ để chuẩn bị tốt hơn cho kỳ thực tập tại Nhật Bản. Em cũng muốn nhắn gửi đến các em khóa sau và các bạn tân sinh viên K26 rằng, nếu có dự định thực tập và làm việc tại Nhật Bản, hãy chủ động trau dồi chuyên môn, ngoại ngữ và đặc biệt là nắm bắt những cơ hội mà nhà trường mang đến.”
Lê Đức Triều - sinh viên năm 3, Khoa Thực phẩm chia sẻ: “Trong quá trình học tập cũng như chuẩn bị hồ sơ và các thủ tục để sang Nhật Bản, em luôn nhận được sự hướng dẫn và hỗ trợ tận tình từ thầy cô và nhà trường. Em rất biết ơn vì trong suốt quá trình chuẩn bị, thầy cô luôn quan tâm, đồng hành và giúp em tự tin hơn trước khi bước vào kỳ thực tập.”
Nhật Bản là một trong những thị trường chiến lược trong hoạt động hợp tác quốc tế của Trường Đại học Đông Á, với mạng lưới hơn 225 đối tác, mở ra nhiều cơ hội thực tập và việc làm cho sinh viên.
Vì vậy, hành trình tại Nhật Bản không chỉ dừng lại ở một kỳ thực tập, mà còn có thể trở thành bước đệm để sinh viên tiếp tục phát triển nghề nghiệp sau khi hoàn thành chương trình. Thực tế, nhiều sinh viên Đại học Đông Á sau kỳ thực tập đã được các doanh nghiệp Nhật Bản tuyển dụng và tiếp tục quay trở lại làm việc lâu dài, từng bước xây dựng sự nghiệp trong môi trường quốc tế.
Từ giảng đường đến môi trường làm việc thực tế, mỗi hành trình xuất cảnh là thêm một bước trưởng thành của sinh viên. Với sự chuẩn bị kỹ lưỡng và đồng hành xuyên suốt của nhà trường, 35 sinh viên Đại học Đông Á đã sẵn sàng cho hành trình mới tại Nhật Bản - nơi mỗi trải nghiệm sẽ trở thành hành trang quý giá cho nghề nghiệp tương lai.

“Ready to Seize the Opportunities the University Provides”: 35 Dong A University Students Embark on Their Journey to Japan
Ahead of their internship in Japan, 35 students from different majors at Dong A University met with faculty members to receive guidance, encouragement and advice as they prepared for their upcoming learning and professional experience in an international environment.
On the afternoon of August 18, Dong A University held a meeting to encourage and provide guidance to students preparing to travel to Japan for their internships.
The meeting was attended by leaders of the faculties with students participating in the program, representatives from the university's administrative and functional offices and 35 students preparing to depart.
This group includes 35 third and fourth-year students majoring in Tourism, Food Technology, Automotive Engineering Technology, Japanese Language and Nursing. All have made thorough preparations to enter a real-world working environment while gaining firsthand experience of Japanese culture and professional working practices.
At the meeting, Dr. Vo Huu Hoa, Dean of the Faculty of Tourism, congratulated the 35 students and offered guidance and encouragement as they prepared to begin a new journey. He emphasized that the internship is not only an opportunity to gain professional experience but also a chance for students to grow through hands-on experience, learn professional working practices and gradually build a foundation for their future careers.
Faculty members from the participating departments also shared words of encouragement and reminded students to pay attention to their professional skills, working style, discipline, cultural etiquette and proactive attitude throughout their internship in Japan.
According to the plan, the 35 students will depart for Japan in September 2026 to begin internships at businesses and organizations relevant to their fields of study. The program gives students the opportunity to apply their academic knowledge in practice, experience an international working environment and develop their adaptability, communication and teamwork skills in a multicultural setting.
Sharing her thoughts ahead of departure, Pham Kieu Ny, a third-year student from the Faculty of Tourism, said: “Over the past period, I have actively prepared myself with professional skills related to my major, especially foreign language skills, to be better prepared for my internship in Japan. I would also like to encourage younger students and the new K26 students that if you are planning to intern and work in Japan, you should proactively develop your professional knowledge and foreign language skills and especially make the most of the opportunities provided by the university.”
Le Duc Trieu, a third-year student from the Faculty of Food Technology, shared: “Throughout my studies as well as the preparation of my application and procedures for going to Japan, I have always received dedicated guidance and support from my lecturers and the university. I am very grateful that throughout the preparation process, my lecturers have always cared for me, accompanied me and helped me feel more confident before beginning my internship.”
Japan is one of the strategic markets in Dong A University's international cooperation activities, with a network of more than 225 partners that provides students with numerous internship and employment opportunities.
Therefore, the journey to Japan is not limited to an internship. It can also serve as a stepping stone for students to continue developing their careers after completing the program. In practice, many Dong A University students have been recruited by Japanese companies after their internships and have returned to Japan for long-term employment, gradually building their careers in an international environment.
