Sáng ngày 30/7, Trường Đại học Đông Á và Công ty Honda Việt Nam chính thức ký kết thỏa thuận hợp tác - đánh dấu bước phát triển mới trong mối quan hệ nhà trường - doanh nghiệp nhằm nâng cao chất lượng đào tạo, tăng cường trải nghiệm thực tiễn và mở rộng cơ hội thực tập, việc làm cho sinh viên Đại học Đông Á, đặc biệt là khối ngành Kỹ thuật.
Hợp tác giữa Trường Đại học Đông Á và Công ty Honda Việt Nam trên các lĩnh vực đào tạo, thực hành, hướng nghiệp và tuyển dụng mở ra không gian giúp sinh viên sớm thích ứng với môi trường làm việc chuyên nghiệp, đồng thời hướng đến xây dựng nguồn nhân lực kỹ thuật chất lượng cao, đáp ứng yêu cầu ngày càng khắt khe của thị trường lao động.
Theo thỏa thuận, Honda Việt Nam sẽ đồng hành cùng nhà trường trong hoạt động đào tạo thông qua các chương trình định hướng nghề nghiệp, chia sẻ kinh nghiệm thực tiễn từ đội ngũ chuyên gia,... góp phần giúp sinh viên hiểu rõ hơn yêu cầu của thị trường lao động, định hình lộ trình phát triển nghề nghiệp ngay từ khi còn ngồi trên ghế nhà trường.
Cũng từ thỏa thuận hợp tác này, sinh viên Đại học Đông Á sẽ có cơ hội tham gia các chuyến tham quan doanh nghiệp tại Honda Việt Nam, giúp người học trực tiếp tìm hiểu môi trường sản xuất, quy trình vận hành và văn hóa doanh nghiệp tại một trong những "cái tên" dẫn đầu ngành công nghiệp ô tô và xe máy tại Việt Nam.
Đồng thời, nhà trường sẽ kết nối từ 50 - 100 sinh viên thuộc các ngành Công nghệ kỹ thuật ô tô, Cơ khí, Công nghệ kỹ thuật điện – điện tử và các ngành liên quan tham gia chương trình thực tập tại Honda Việt Nam với thời gian từ 3 - 6 tháng. Đây là cơ hội để sinh viên được trải nghiệm môi trường làm việc chuyên nghiệp, tích lũy kinh nghiệm nghề nghiệp thực tế và nâng cao năng lực cạnh tranh trước khi tốt nghiệp.
Đại diện phía Honda Việt Nam cho biết: “Trong năm vừa qua, doanh nghiệp đã tiếp nhận gần 300 sinh viên đến thực tập. Chúng tôi đánh giá rất cao tác phong, thái độ làm việc và tinh thần cầu tiến của sinh viên Đại học Đông Á. Mặc dù mới chỉ là sinh viên, các em đã thể hiện sự chuyên nghiệp, chủ động và nghiêm túc trong công việc. Chúng tôi kỳ vọng trong thời gian tới sẽ tiếp tục chào đón thêm nhiều sinh viên của trường, đặc biệt tại nhà máy mới ở Ninh Bình. Bên cạnh việc tạo điều kiện thực hành trong môi trường làm việc thực tế, doanh nghiệp cũng sẽ luôn đồng hành, hỗ trợ sinh viên cả về kiến thức chuyên môn lẫn đời sống trong suốt thời gian thực tập.”
Cũng tại lễ ký kết, Honda Việt Nam trao tặng Trường Đại học Đông Á các thiết bị thực tế nhằm phục vụ công tác giảng dạy, thực hành và nghiên cứu của sinh viên khối Kỹ thuật. Những thiết bị này sẽ được đưa vào hệ thống phòng thực hành, giúp sinh viên có thêm điều kiện thực chiến kỹ năng nghề nghiệp trực tiếp vào sản phẩm, tiếp cận công nghệ thực tế, rút ngắn khoảng cách giữa lý thuyết và thực hành, từ đó tự tin hơn khi bước vào thị trường lao động.
Lễ ký kết hợp tác giữa Trường Đại học Đông Á và Công ty Honda Việt Nam không chỉ mở ra nhiều cơ hội học tập, thực hành và việc làm dành cho sinh viên nhà trường mà còn tiếp tục khẳng định định hướng đào tạo gắn kết doanh nghiệp mà nhà trường kiên trì theo đuổi.

Dong A University – Honda Vietnam Partnership Expands Internship and Career Opportunities for Engineering Students
On the morning of July 30, Dong A University and Honda Vietnam officially signed a cooperation agreement, marking a new milestone in the partnership between the University and the company. The agreement aims to enhance the quality of education, strengthen practical learning experiences and expand internship and employment opportunities for Dong A University students, particularly those in Engineering disciplines.
The partnership between Dong A University and Honda Vietnam covers education, practical training, career orientation and recruitment. It creates more opportunities for students to adapt to a professional working environment at an early stage while contributing to the development of a highly skilled technical workforce that meets the increasingly demanding requirements of the labor market.
Under the agreement, Honda Vietnam will work closely with the University through career orientation programs, industry talks and knowledge-sharing sessions led by the company's experts. These activities will help students gain a better understanding of labor market expectations and shape their career paths while they are still at university.
The partnership will also provide Dong A University students with opportunities to visit Honda Vietnam's production facilities, allowing them to gain first-hand insight into the company's manufacturing environment, operational processes and corporate culture at one of the leading automobile and motorcycle manufacturers in Viet Nam.
In addition, the University will recommend 50 to 100 students from Automotive Engineering Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical and Electronic Engineering Technology and related disciplines to participate in internship programs at Honda Vietnam for three to six months. The program will enable students to gain experience in a professional workplace, develop practical career skills and strengthen their competitiveness before graduation.
A representative of Honda Vietnam shared: "Over the past year, Honda Vietnam has welcomed nearly 300 interns. We highly appreciate the professionalism, work ethic and eagerness to learn demonstrated by Dong A University students. Although they are still students, they have shown professionalism, initiative and a strong sense of responsibility in their work. We look forward to welcoming even more students from the University in the coming years, especially at our new factory in Ninh Binh. In addition to providing practical training in a real working environment, we are committed to supporting students throughout their internships, both professionally and personally."
At the signing ceremony, Honda Vietnam also presented Dong A University with industry-standard equipment to support teaching, practical training and research activities for Engineering students. The equipment will be used in laboratories and practice facilities, allowing students to develop hands-on technical skills, work directly with real products, gain access to current technologies and narrow the gap between classroom learning and industry practice. As a result, students will be better prepared and more confident when entering the workforce.
The cooperation agreement between Dong A University and Honda Vietnam not only creates more opportunities for students to study, gain practical experience and pursue employment but also reaffirms the University's long-standing commitment to an industry-connected education model.
