A training cooperation signing ceremony in the field of healthcare human resources has just taken place between Dong A University and Hue Central Hospital.
Under this agreement, both Vietnamese and international Medical students at Dong A University will have the opportunity to undertake clinical practice at Hue Central Hospital - one of the nation's leading central-level medical facilities, home to a team of top specialists and experts. Beyond providing hands-on training opportunities, the hospital's professors, doctors, and specialists will also be directly involved in teaching and mentoring students.

Beyond domestic partnerships, Dong A University is also actively strengthening its international ties. Programs for student and faculty exchange, curriculum transfer, and joint scientific research with overseas partners are steadily expanding - bringing Dong A students closer to the forefront of modern medicine, while also enhancing the overall competitiveness of Vietnam's healthcare workforce in an increasingly globalized world.

From the partnerships forged between the university and hospitals, to the widening of doors for international cooperation - medical education in Da Nang is steadily transforming toward a model that is both substantive and globally integrated.

When theory is tightly bound to practice, and when classrooms are connected to hospitals and to the world - that is precisely when the foundation for a high-quality healthcare workforce begins to take shape, one that is fully equipped to meet the evolving demands of healthcare in a new era.

◎ 东亚大学与 Hue Central Hospital 近日举行了医疗卫生领域人才培养合作签约仪式。

根据合作内容，东亚大学越南及国际医学专业学生将有机会在顺化中央医院进行临床实践。作为越南中央级重点医疗机构之一，医院拥有众多顶尖医学专家。不仅为学生提供实践平台，医院的教授、博士及医生还将直接参与授课与实践指导。

◎ 除了国内合作之外，东亚大学也不断加强国际合作交流。学校与海外合作伙伴之间的学生交换、教师交流、课程转移及科研合作项目正持续扩大。

这不仅帮助学生接触现代医学体系，也进一步提升了越南医疗人才在全球化背景下的国际竞争力。

Phóng sự Đài DNRT | Đào tạo gắn với thực tiễn - hướng mở cho nguồn nhân lực y tế chất lượng cao

Lễ ký kết hợp tác đào tạo nguồn nhân lực lĩnh vực y tế giữa trường Đại học Đông Á và Bệnh viện Trung ương Huế vừa được tổ chức. 

Theo đó, sinh viên ngành Y khoa Việt Nam và quốc tế của trường Đại học Đông Á sẽ được thực hành lâm sàng tại bệnh viện TW Huế - một trong những cơ sở y tế tuyến trung ương với đội ngũ chuyên gia đầu ngành. Không chỉ tạo điều kiện thực hành, các giáo sư, tiến sĩ, bác sĩ của bệnh viện còn trực tiếp tham gia giảng dạy, hướng dẫn sinh viên. 

Không dừng lại ở hợp tác trong nước, Đại học Đông Á cũng đẩy mạnh liên kết quốc tế. Các chương trình trao đổi sinh viên, giảng viên, chuyển giao chương trình đào tạo hay phối hợp nghiên cứu khoa học với các đối tác nước ngoài đang ngày càng được mở rộng. 

Điều này không chỉ giúp sinh viên tiếp cận với nền y học hiện đại, mà còn góp phần nâng cao năng lực cạnh tranh của nguồn nhân lực y tế Việt Nam trong bối cảnh toàn cầu hoá.

Từ những cái bắt tay giữa nhà trường và bệnh viện đến việc mở rộng cánh cửa hợp tác quốc tế, đào tạo y khoa tại Đà Nẵng đang từng bước chuyển mình theo hướng thực chất và hội nhập. 

Khi lý thuyết gắn chặt với thực hành, khi giảng đường kết nối với bệnh viện và thế giới - đó cũng là lúc nền tảng cho một đội ngũ nhân lực y tế chất lượng cao được hình thành, đáp ứng tốt hơn yêu cầu chăm sóc sức khoẻ trong giai đoạn mới.
