On April 7, the cultural exchange program with the 2026 Japanese arts delegation captivated the audience through each performance presented at the event.
Featuring 16 outstanding performances, the Japanese artists brought a vibrant journey rich in unique Japanese cultural identity—from insightful presentations about Japan’s culture, lifestyle, and people to emotional singing and artistic performances.
In particular, the cosplay performances recreating scenes from the famous anime Naruto, Japanese painting art, and large-scale calligraphy performances attracted significant attention. These acts blended traditional and modern elements, vividly bringing Japanese culture into the campus grounds and auditorium of Dong A University.
During the large-character calligraphy performance held on campus, artist Sakamoto Koichi, Head of the Japanese delegation, also marked his sixth participation in cultural exchange programs between Vietnam and Japan at Dong A University.
Each performance was not only an engaging moment enjoyed and enthusiastically supported by students, but also a story—a cultural bridge connecting the two nations and helping Dong A University students better understand and feel closer to Japan.
