Top 15 Student Startup Projects Ready to Shine at UDA Startup Innovation Season 7, 2026

On May 8, the 15 outstanding projects entering the Final Round of Dong A University Student Startup Competition 2026 accelerated their preparation journey through valuable support and inspiration from lecturers and experts via practical and motivating training sessions.

The program not only provided essential professional knowledge but also strengthened the confidence, mindset, and determination of participating teams as they continued refining their projects ahead of the decisive final round.
The program opened with the session “Pitching Skills” delivered by M.Sc. Pham Tran Hong Diem – CEO of the education project theCÂY and Co-founder/Chief Strategy Officer at Galaxy Communications & Events. With extensive practical experience in communication and project development, the speaker shared valuable insights into the art of presentation, brand storytelling, and effective techniques for presenting ideas to investors and the judging panel.
Through practical examples and interactive discussions, participating teams were guided on how to develop a compelling pitch—not only focusing on content but also effectively conveying the emotions, values, and spirit behind their projects to the audience.
Following this was the session “Financial Planning” presented by Dr. Le Thi My Phuong – Head of Banking and Finance Department, Faculty of Accounting and Finance, Dong A University. The teams were introduced to essential knowledge for building financial plans for startup projects, including cost and revenue forecasting, resource optimization, and fundraising strategy development.
The speaker’s insights helped teams address challenges in developing financial models while enhancing the feasibility and sustainable growth potential of their projects when entering the real market.
Beyond professional content, the program also created opportunities for connection, discussion, and the sharing of entrepreneurial spirit among participating teams. The serious learning attitude, proactive engagement, and positive energy from both speakers and students contributed to a meaningful and memorable training session.
