Dong A University Expands Industry Collaboration with 14 New Training and Recruitment Agreements at the 2026 Job Fair

At the opening session of Job Fair 2026, Dong A University officially signed 14 new cooperation agreements with corporate partners.

These agreements involve businesses participating in collaborative training and workforce development programs across various disciplines, including Economics, Tourism, Business Administration, Marketing, Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Automotive Technology, Information Technology, and Languages.
The new partnerships expand Dong A University’s domestic and international network of industry partners to more than 700 organizations. The university continues to strengthen collaboration with foreign direct investment (FDI) enterprises and large-scale corporations while creating meaningful career-oriented learning experiences for students throughout their academic journey.
In addition to professional development seminars and enterprise-based learning semesters, participating companies provide internship opportunities that serve as a direct pathway to full-time employment after graduation. This model helps students gain practical experience and enhances their employability in an increasingly competitive labor market.
Participating in the partnership signing ceremony and recruitment activities at Job Fair 2026, Duong Hoang Nguyen, General Manager of AEON Mall Da Nang Thanh Khe, stated:
“Job Fair 2026 serves as a valuable platform connecting universities, businesses, and job seekers. It opens opportunities not only for university and college students but also for individuals seeking employment in Da Nang. The event helps bridge the gap between employers and potential candidates, creating timely and suitable employment opportunities for the community. More importantly, today’s program marks an important milestone in building long-term and sustainable partnerships between educational institutions and the business community.”
He further emphasized:
“As the labor market increasingly demands practical skills and workplace readiness, close collaboration between businesses and educational institutions has become more important than ever. Such partnerships provide students with not only strong academic knowledge but also practical competencies that enable them to adapt quickly to professional working environments after graduation.
AEON Mall is committed to creating the best opportunities for students to undertake internships, gain employment, and develop their careers in a Japanese-standard working environment that values discipline, professionalism, and customer service excellence. We also look forward to contributing to the educational process by sharing industry experience and collaborating with the university in human resource development initiatives.
Through these efforts, we hope to contribute to the development of a highly skilled workforce for Da Nang—a dynamic, modern, and highly livable city.”

According to Mr. Duong Hoang Nguyen, these collaborative initiatives represent a shared commitment between academia and industry to nurture future talent and support the sustainable development of the local workforce.
