Dr. Ho Man Giang, Head of the Graduate Studies Department at Dong A University, attended and delivered a presentation at the conference.
During the training session, trade union officials from Ban Thach Ward and Chien Dan Commune were introduced to and guided on how to effectively use artificial intelligence applications such as NotebookLM, ChatGPT, and Gemini in practical trade union activities.
The training content focused on applying AI in information synthesis, planning, drafting documents, communication and propaganda activities, organizing movements, as well as improving the quality of management and administration within trade union organizations.
Participants also engaged in hands-on practice sessions, allowing them to gradually approach and apply digital technologies in a flexible and effective manner.
Through the training conference, grassroots trade union officials were equipped with essential knowledge and skills to adapt to digital transformation trends, contributing to building stronger, more modern trade union organizations that meet the requirements of the new era.
It is expected that in May, Dong A University will continue to accompany the AI training program in trade union activities in 2026 in other wards and communes of Da Nang City.
Previously, on January 16, Dong A University signed a cooperation agreement with the Department of Science and Technology of Da Nang City on scientific research, technology transfer, innovation, and digital transformation for the 2026–2030 period. This cooperation represents not only a convergence of vision between a state science and technology management agency and a practice-oriented university, but also a vivid demonstration of strategic orientation in technological development and digital transformation serving education, human resource training, and community contribution by Dong A University.
