At Dong A University’s 2026 Japan Job Fair: Perspectives from Japanese Partners

Mr. Okusa Takehiro –

 Director of Memoload Group (Japan)

“This is our first visit to Dong A University. The activities at the Vietnam–Japan Cultural Festival are very lively, and I was truly impressed by the energetic spirit of the students. We definitely want to participate again next year.
From our company’s perspective, we hope to welcome many Vietnamese students to work in our hotels in Japan, especially in Nagasaki and Saga prefectures, where our facilities are located. As this is our first collaboration, we look forward to interviewing and recruiting Dong A University students for our international internship program next year.”

“This is our second time participating in the Japan Job Fair at Dong A University. We have had many discussions and exchanges with the university prior to this, and we feel very comfortable cooperating with them, so my impression of the university is truly very positive.
Regarding this partnership, we will first accept students from the Electrical and Electronics Engineering faculty for internships at our company. After that, as students take examinations such as the Specified Skilled Worker (SSW) tests in Japan, we plan to recruit them as full-time employees in Japan.
At present, we are preparing to receive the first cohort of students for internships. They are very diligent and serious in learning Japanese, and their language proficiency has improved significantly. As for their professional knowledge in electrical and electronics engineering, I have had no concerns from the beginning. We highly evaluate the competence level of these students.”
