On Oct 30, Dong A University and East Asia University, Japan signed the MoA for the 2+1+2 program to educate some of the most important majors.
More precisely, students will complete 62 credits at Dong A University and achieve N3 level in JLPT then transfer to East Asia University to study Japanese in one more year. After getting N2 level certificate in JLPT, students will start to study 62 credits in East Asia University. After completing the program, students will receive bachelor’s degree from East Asia University and work in Japan.
To reach the collaboration, both parties made comparison to certify each other’s curriculum so that students can study in both universities.
From a lot of similarities in curriculum and development orientation, both parties agreed to make exchange programs for such majors as Primary Education, Nutrition, Food Technology, Business Administration, IT, Nursing and so on.
Simultaneously, East Asia University also gave a 50% scholarship for UDA students joining this program. Other support includes accommodation and part-time jobs so that students can find it easier to live in a new environment.
According to Mr. Luong Minh Sam - the Vice Rector of Dong A University, the main purpose of this collaboration is academic exchange and job guarantee for students. Students can study without worrying too much about financial problems so that this program is suitable for students of the Central region, Vietnam.
