Within the framework of the partnership, the parties agreed to promote various cooperation initiatives, including student exchange programs, faculty and academic exchanges, international educational exchange activities, 2+2 joint training programs, master’s and doctoral study abroad programs, and scholarship support for students wishing to pursue higher education at Pai Chai University. The collaboration also aims to create favorable conditions for Dong A University students to continue their studies at higher levels in South Korea.
The student exchange program between Dong A University and Pai Chai University is expected to provide students with opportunities to experience an international learning environment, benefit from tuition support policies under the program, enhance foreign language proficiency, professional knowledge, integration skills, and broaden future career orientations.
Mr. Luong Minh Sam, Vice Rector of Dong A University, shared that the university hopes to further strengthen student and faculty exchanges, implement international academic programs, and especially develop a doctoral-level training roadmap for lecturers.
Professor Kim Wook, President of Pai Chai University (South Korea), noted that many Vietnamese students had previously studied at the university and later returned to Vietnam to teach at universities in Da Nang. Building on this foundation, both sides will continue to strengthen cooperation and expand collaborative programs that deliver practical and meaningful outcomes.
Through this signing ceremony, Dong A University, Pai Chai University, and TNS Group reaffirmed their commitment to building a close, practical, effective, and sustainable partnership
