Tiếp nối hành trình trách nhiệm cộng đồng, sinh viên Đông Á tích cực lan tỏa thông điệp xanh tại Lễ phát động và ra quân hưởng ứng Tháng hành động vì môi trường, Tuần lễ Biển và Hải đảo Việt Nam năm 2026.
Sáng ngày 06/6, 50 sinh viên Trường Đại học Đông Á đã tham gia Lễ phát động và ra quân hưởng ứng Tháng hành động vì môi trường, Tuần lễ Biển và Hải đảo Việt Nam năm 2026 do UBND phường Hoà Cường tổ chức.
Với tinh thần xung kích của tuổi trẻ, sinh viên Đại học Đông Á đã tích cực tham gia chuỗi hoạt động thiết thực như tuyên truyền, hỗ trợ phân loại chất thải rắn sinh hoạt tại nguồn, lan tỏa ý thức bảo vệ môi trường, giảm thiểu rác thải nhựa, gìn giữ tài nguyên biển và nâng cao trách nhiệm của cộng đồng trước những thách thức của biến đổi khí hậu.
Không chỉ là hoạt động hưởng ứng phong trào của địa phương, đây còn là cơ hội để sinh viên Đại học Đông Á nâng cao nhận thức, rèn luyện ý thức trách nhiệm bảo vệ môi trường.
Bạn Lê Đức Thịnh – sinh viên ngành Điện – Điện tử Đại học Đông Á chia sẻ: “Tham gia chương trình giúp em hiểu rằng bảo vệ môi trường không phải là những điều gì quá lớn lao, mà bắt đầu từ những việc rất gần gũi như dành chút thời gian để phân loại rác như cách chúng em vẫn làm mỗi ngành tại trường, hạn chế nhựa dùng một lần và ý thức cùng nhau giữ gìn không gian chung luôn sạch sẽ”.
Hoạt động hưởng ứng Tháng hành động vì môi trường và Tuần lễ Biển và Hải đảo Việt Nam năm 2026 đã nối dài “dấu chân tình nguyện” của sinh viên Đại học Đông Á trên các chặng yêu thương, từ những vùng chịu ảnh hưởng bởi thiên tai đến các chương trình hiến máu nhân đạo, bảo vệ môi trường…
Tinh thần chủ động dấn thân, trách nhiệm với xã hội đã trở thành nét đẹp trong văn hóa sinh viên Đại học Đông Á, góp phần hình thành thế hệ công dân trẻ không chỉ giỏi chuyên môn mà còn giàu khát vọng cống hiến và sẻ chia.

Dong A University Students Join the 2026 Month of Action for the Environment
Continuing their commitment to community service, Dong A University students actively promoted environmental awareness by participating in the Launch Ceremony and Volunteer Campaign in response to the 2026 Month of Action for the Environment and Vietnam Sea and Islands Week.
On the morning of June 6, fifty students from Dong A University took part in the Launch Ceremony and Volunteer Campaign for the 2026 Month of Action for the Environment and Vietnam Sea and Islands Week, organized by the People's Committee of Hoa Cuong Ward.
Demonstrating the enthusiasm and sense of responsibility of young volunteers, Dong A University students actively participated in a series of meaningful activities, including raising public awareness, assisting residents in sorting household solid waste at its source, promoting environmental protection, reducing plastic waste, preserving marine resources and encouraging greater community responsibility in addressing the challenges of climate change.
More than simply responding to a local environmental campaign, the program also provided Dong A University students with an opportunity to deepen their environmental awareness and strengthen their sense of responsibility toward protecting the environment.
Le Duc Thinh, a student majoring in Electrical and Electronic Engineering at Dong A University, shared: "Participating in this program helped me realize that protecting the environment does not necessarily require grand actions. It begins with simple, everyday habits, such as taking a little time to sort waste, just as we regularly do on campus, reducing the use of single-use plastics and working together to keep our shared surroundings clean."
The activities held in response to the 2026 Month of Action for the Environment and Vietnam Sea and Islands Week have further extended the volunteer journey of Dong A University students. From supporting communities affected by natural disasters to participating in blood donation drives, environmental protection initiatives and many other community service programs, they continue to make meaningful contributions to society.
A proactive spirit, a willingness to take action and a strong sense of social responsibility have become defining characteristics of Dong A University students. These values contribute to nurturing a generation of young citizens who are not only professionally competent but also deeply committed to serving their communities and making a positive impact on society.
